How I got started in Triathlon.
Friend did an ironman and convinced me to try one in 2010 -so I signed up for Ironman Penticton.

Nothing really comes to mind.
What has been your most challenging race experience?
Finishing Whistler 70.3 after getting lit up at 70km on the bike.
What advice would you offer to age-groupers who wish to improve in the sport of triathlon?
Work on your weakness on the off-season.
