Book with Bike Tech and we’ll pick up your bike within 48 hours*. Better yet, we guarantee service turnaround within 48 hours or less on all service and maintenance packages — and in many cases, your bike is ready to roll within 24 hours of pickup. Fast, reliable, and built around your schedule — just the way bike service should be.

We will pick up your bike within 48 hours (or less) of initial contact.
No, you are not high or seeing things, it is not a typo. 48 hours or less is correct.
Not 2 weeks or 3 weeks, or a month.
For all service/maintenance packages we guarantee your bike will done in less than 48 hours from the time of pick up. We always work toward as quick a turnaround as possible, so in many cases you will have your bike back and ready to ride within 24 hours. This is based on the assumption that all or any parts that need to be replaced on your bike (if at all necessary) is not a special order or proprietary item that we do not stock.
No, you cannot drop anything off at our workshop. We do not entertain drop offs or walk ins.

We are based in South Surrey but if you hoped we would tell you where the shop is for this question so you can “drop by”. Please see the previous answer
Last I heard, gas wasn't being given away for free.
So yes, there will be a transportation charge for On-Site Repairs. This will vary on location. We are based in South Surrey, the further away you are, the higher the cost.

Transportation charges will be waived for SERVICE PACKAGES ONLY within South Surrey and White Rock (Boundary: South of 40th Avenue and West of 176 Street, no cost for SERVICE PACKAGES ONLY). Transportation charges will apply for all other areas.
