If you think that it's taking too long to get your bike in for servicing or repair, then you need to get in touch with us.
We will pick up your bike within 48 hours of booking*.
We also GUARANTEE a turnaround time of 48 hours or less (In many cases your bike will be done within 24 hours of pick up) on all SERVICING/MAINTENANCE PACKAGES**
*The 48-hour pick up window depends on your location and availability. In many cases same day or next day pick up can be arranged.
** The Guaranteed 48-hour turnaround time does not include Sundays and is subject to availability of any necessary parts. In the event of out of stock or special-order parts, an ETA will be provided.

For all service/maintenance packages we guarantee your bike will done in less than 48 hours from the time of pick up. We always work toward as quick a turnaround as possible, so in many cases you will have your bike back and ready to ride within 24 hours. This is based on the assumption that all or any parts that need to be replaced on your bike (if at all necessary) is not a special order or proprietary item that we do not stock.
No, you cannot drop anything off at our workshop. We do not entertain drop offs or walk ins.

Last I heard, gas wasn't being given away for free.
So yes, there will be a transportation charge for On-Site Repairs. This will vary on location. We are based in South Surrey, the further away you are, the higher the cost.

Transportation charges will be waived for SERVICE PACKAGES ONLY within South Surrey and White Rock (Boundary: South of 40th Avenue and West of 176 Street, no cost for SERVICE PACKAGES ONLY). Transportation charges will apply for all other areas.
