Dave is a professional bicycle technician at Bike Tech and, by most accounts, the voice of reason in the workshop. With a deep love of bikes, years of hands-on experience, and a practical approach to problem-solving, Dave brings steady expertise and good judgment to every service and repair.

A rider himself, Dave spends time on both road and mountain bikes and understands the needs of cyclists from experience, not theory. He has even completed a triathlon — once. A long time ago. By his own admission, the swimming and running portions did not exactly play to his strengths, but the cycling part made perfect sense.

In the workshop, Dave is known for his skill, his honesty, and his ability to keep things grounded when bikes — or people — start getting complicated. He approaches every repair with care, precision, and the kind of calm confidence that riders trust. Outside the shop, Dave’s favorite food is anything made by the fabulous Willa, which may be the most sensible opinion anyone on the team has ever had.
