1. Do you service all types of bikes?
Answer: Yes, we service all types of bikes. We do not service Department Store and Kids bikes.
2. Do you service e-bikes?
Answer: Yes, but with a few exceptions
A. We repair and service mid drive e-bikes
B. We can repair certain things on hub driven e-bikes
C. We DO NOT service hub driven e-bikes
3. Where does the servicing take place?
Answer: Servicing and major repairs are carried out at the workshop. We pick up your bike from your preferred location, bring it back to the workshop, service your bike and send it back to you. Minor repairs and/or quick fixes can be performed on site.
4. How do I make an appointment?
Answer: Just click "BOOK NOW" and fill in the details . You can also call or send a text to the phone number listed “CONTACTS" at the bottom of our HOME page, if you prefer.
5. When will I get my bike back?/Turnaround time
Answer: We GUARANTEE a turnaround time of 48 hours or less (In many cases your bike will be done within 24 hours of pick up) on all SERVICING/MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
The 48-hour pick up window depends on your location and availability. In many cases same day or next day pick up can be arranged.
The Guaranteed 48-hour turnaround time does not include Sundays and is subject to availability of any necessary parts. In the event of out of stock or special-order parts, an ETA will be provided.
6. Are spare parts included in the servicing?
Answer: Spare parts are not included in the servicing. Before we perform the service, we will assess your bike and the condition of all working parts and inform you of what parts require replacement or immediate attention. In general, no news, is good news.
7. Are you Insured? Is my bike insured?
Answer: Yes, we are fully insured and your bike has full coverage whilst in our possession.
8. Is there a warranty on the service?
Answer: All servicing/maintenance is warrantied for 30 days. If there is any issue, or anything you’re uncertain of just drop us a note or call us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
9. Do you provide a Bike fitting service?
Answer: No, we do not do bike fitting. However, we can put you in contact with the right people if required.
10. Do you sell bikes?
Answer: Our primary business is maintenance and repair. Yes, we sell bikes. But only over a certain price point. Our main brand is Wilier Trestina
